Glycosylation is a common post-translational modification of proteins that affects their function and activity. As a leader in the field of glycoprotein analysis, CD BioGlyco has rich experimental experience in Quantitative and Structural Analysis of Marine Glycoproteins. We have established scientific and standardized quality control standards to ensure the reliability and accuracy of results. We provide a professional and customized glycan profiling service for complete marine glycoproteins to identify and characterize glycan types, structures, and relative contents.
We have extensive experience in Marine Glycoproteomics Analysis and have developed a simple and efficient glycan profiling process. Combined with advanced analytical techniques, the specific experimental flow is as follows:
Our glycan profiling service applies to all types of samples. Clients just need to tell us the experiment objectives and requirements. We complete all subsequent experiments.
We provide a detailed analysis including the following:

Results: This study analyzes in detail the N-glycans and N-glycoproteins in Phaeodactylum tricornutum. The researchers identified 59 glycoproteins corresponding to N-glycans (mixed and high-mannose type N-glycans) through a series of treatments of extraction, digestion, enrichment, and labeling. Among them, the high-mannose-type N-glycans contained four types and all carried terminal glucose residues. This study provides a demonstration of the method for the analysis of N-glycan structures and updates the database of N-glycans in microalgae. It also provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the functions of these N-glycoproteins and for designing the use of microalgae for N-glycoprotein production.

Why analyze glycans in marine glycoproteins?
Glycans play an essential role in the structure and activity of glycoproteins. An in-depth analysis of the composition of glycans helps to understand how they regulate the function, activity, interaction with other molecules, cell migration, and adhesion of marine glycoproteins.
Can you process samples?
Of course, we do the complete process from sample pretreatment, glycoprotein extraction, and glycan release to analysis on our side. Depending on the type of sample, the experimental program will be different. Specific treatment methods and analysis procedures will be communicated and confirmed with you before the start of the experiment.
CD BioGlyco customizes glycan profiling protocols for complete marine glycoproteins according to the specific needs of our clients. Our goal is to help unravel the intricate structure and function of these molecules in marine ecosystems. Please feel free to
