Our extensive experience in heparin derivative adjuvant development guarantees efficient service.

  • Heparin Derivative-based Vaccine Adjuvant Development Service
Heparin derivatives are suitable for use in the development of vaccine adjuvants because they can bind to vaccine antigens and form stable complexes that protect the antigen from degradation and inactivation. We select suitable heparin derivatives and optimize their structure and function according to the needs of vaccine types, antigen properties, and immune mechanisms. Then we make them bind to vaccine antigens by chemical modification, covalent or non-covalent binding. Finally, they are evaluated by in vitro experiments, animal experiments, etc.
  • Heparin Derivative-based Drug Adjuvant Development Service
Heparin derivatives are a class of commonly used anticoagulant drugs that can prevent blood clotting by inhibiting thrombin. This anticoagulant effect is applied in the development of drug adjuvants to increase the stability and mobility of the drug. We design a delivery system suitable for you based on the properties of the drug and the target application. We also utilize nanotechnology to encapsulate heparin derivatives and drugs in nanoparticles to form nano-adjuvants according to your needs, thus helping you to improve the solubility, stability, and bioavailability of your drugs as well as to achieve targeted delivery and controlled release.
We characterize and evaluate heparin derivative adjuvants using various characterization techniques to understand the particle size, morphology, structure, and stability of adjuvants. We then investigate the effect of heparin derivative adjuvants on the permeability and absorption of the drug intracellularly and in vivo through in vitro cell permeation assays and absorption assessments. The effect of heparin derivative adjuvants on the pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution, and elimination of the drug is then assessed by animal experiments.

Results: This article focuses on the anticancer properties of heparin and its derivatives. The article states that heparin can inhibit tumor metastasis by inhibiting the metastasis-promoting effects of platelets. It was found that heparin could reduce the expression of E-cadherin, thereby reducing the adhesion and metastasis of tumor cells to the endothelial layer. In addition, heparin can prevent platelets from binding to tumor cells by inhibiting selectin activity, thereby reducing tumor metastasis. The article also mentions that heparin can prevent tumor recurrence by inhibiting the self-renewal of tumor stem cells. In addition, heparin and its derivatives can block the retention of leukemia stem cells in the bone marrow by interfering with the CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling pathway, thus improving the effectiveness of chemotherapy. In addition, heparin and its derivatives can regulate the self-renewal and pluripotency of tumor stem cells.

Applications

  • Heparin is an anticoagulant, and heparin derivatives are modified from heparin to better modulate the anticoagulant effect and make it better for different clinical situations.
  • Heparin derivatives promote vaccine antigenic stability and shelf life and improve vaccine protection.
  • Heparin derivatives are used in research in therapeutic approaches for certain autoimmune diseases as they modulate the immune response and reduce the inflammatory response, thus improving the balance of the immune system.

Advantages

  • Heparin derivatives are natural products with no toxic side effects and have been widely used in clinical practice, thus providing a good safety profile as adjuvants.
  • We integrate advanced immunology, molecular modeling, and other technologies to provide you with professional adjuvant development services.
  • Heparin derivatives have many different structures and properties, and we develop heparin derivative adjuvants tailored to your specific needs for a particular drug or vaccine to achieve optimal immune enhancement.

CD BioGlyco has gained a reputation for delivering dependable and cost-effective services in the development of heparin derivative adjuvants clients worldwide, receiving commendations for our exceptional performance.
