CD BioGlyco is constantly updating and optimizing glycoprotein-related technologies. Marine glycoproteins attract more and more attention due to their potential applications in pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and so on. To better serve our clients, in addition to the Production of Marine Glycoproteins, etc., we also provide a one-stop glycoproteomics service.

We have further subdivided our services into the following three sections to better meet our clients' needs regarding glycoprotein analysis.
Quantification of glycoproteins is a particularly critical step in glycoproteomics. We provide highly accurate Relative and Absolute Quantification Services for marine glycoproteins. We aim to provide new ideas for research by identifying differences in protein expression in different physiological and pathological states.
Structure analysis helps to understand the role of marine glycoproteins in a variety of physiological processes. We have a full range of marine glycoprotein structure analysis services, including the following:
Marine collagen has attracted a lot of attention due to its health benefits. We provide a comprehensive and high-quality one-stop marine collagen analysis service.

Results: In this study, N-glycans and N-glycoproteins in Phaeodactylum tricornutum were investigated using N-glycomic and N-glycoproteomic approaches. The N-glycoproteins were analyzed after extraction, enzymatic digestion, isolation, and glycopeptide enrichment. Finally, 863 different N-glycosylated peptides corresponding to 639 proteins were identified from P. tricornutum. Most of the N-glycosylated proteins were involved in catalytic activity and binding.
