CD BioGlyco conducts in-depth research in Marine Glycoproteomics and introduces the latest technology and methods for analyzing glycoproteins. The analysis of marine glycopeptides helps to understand the relationship between their structure and functions and elucidates the regulation mechanism of glycosylation modification in marine organisms. Based on the perfect glycopeptide analysis process, we provide a professional marine glycopeptide analysis service. Our goal is to provide the optimal choice for marine glycopeptide analysis through customized solutions and help explore their physiological functions and other mysteries.
Marine glycopeptide analysis includes glycosylation sites, glycoform composition, quantitative analysis, etc. The high heterogeneity of glycosylation modifications, the diversity of peptide backbones and sugar chains, and the relative abundance of glycopeptides increase the difficulty of glycopeptide analysis. In order to achieve precise analysis, we have continuously researched, optimized, and developed a more complete, accurate, and reliable procedure for marine glycopeptide analysis. The specific experimental steps are as follows:
In addition to the detailed analysis of the results, we also provide attentive after-sales service and answer some of the questions that our clients encounter in their studies.
The compatibility of sample types used for marine glycopeptide analysis is broad and applicable to a wide range of complex biological samples.

Results: In this study, glycoproteins and glycopeptides in Phaeodactylum tricornutum were analyzed using LC-MS/MS. The researchers extracted the glycoproteins from the algal cells after grinding and lysing them. Then they analyzed and classified the N-glycopeptide sequences through digestion and N-glycopeptide enrichment. A total of 863 different N-glycosylated peptides were eventually identified. Most of the identified N-glycopeptides were in the range of 9-23 amino acids in length. This study provides a method for the analysis of N-glycopeptides and the exploration of N-glycosylation pathways in P. tricornutum.

What are some strategies for glycopeptide enrichment?
Specific enrichment of glycopeptides from proteolytic samples is required to improve glycopeptide enrichment and the sensitivity of MS analysis. With the continuous development of research, various methods have been developed and improved to greatly enhance enrichment efficiency.
How long does it take to analyze marine glycopeptides and can it be customized?
The time required for marine glycopeptides analysis varies depending on the complexity of the sample. Specific experimental steps may vary. After understanding the purpose of the analysis and the sample type of the client, we will customize the fitting experimental plan, and communicate.
