Properties
Description
This polycationic polymer conjugate features poly-L-lysine (PLL) linked to alginate via a polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacer. Similar to poly-ornithine, PLL can enhance interactions with negatively charged molecules or cell surfaces, potentially improving nucleic acid delivery or cell adhesion to alginate-based materials.
